Acceptable Use Policy

This Acceptable Use Policy ("AUP") is part of and incorporated into our Terms of Service. It describes the prohibited uses of the AirBuild Service operated by Increatech Business Solution Pvt Ltd. By using the Service, you agree to comply with this AUP.

1. Prohibited Content

You may not upload, store, distribute, or process any of the following:

• Content that is illegal under Indian law or the laws of your jurisdiction.
• Build files containing malware, spyware, ransomware, or any malicious code.
• Content that infringes on the intellectual property rights of others, including pirated software, cracked apps, or unauthorized copies.
• Content that violates the privacy rights of others, including personal data collected without consent.
• Content that is defamatory, libelous, or constitutes harassment.
• Content that promotes violence, terrorism, or illegal activities.
• Content that exploits or harms minors in any way.
• Content that is obscene, pornographic, or sexually explicit.
• Build files intended to bypass app store review processes or distribute unauthorized applications.

2. Prohibited Activities

You may not engage in any of the following activities:

• Abuse of the Service: Attempting to overload, crash, or disrupt the Service, including DDoS attacks, brute force attacks, or unauthorized access attempts.
• Scraping: Automated scraping, crawling, or data extraction from the Service without prior written authorization.
• API abuse: Exceeding API rate limits, sharing API keys publicly, or using API keys for purposes other than interacting with your own AirBuild data.
• Reverse engineering: Attempting to reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble any part of the Service.
• Account sharing: Sharing your account credentials with unauthorized users or creating accounts for the purpose of reselling access.
• Spam: Using the Service to send unsolicited communications or to distribute spam.
• Fraud: Using the Service for fraudulent activities, including payment fraud or identity theft.
• Circumvention: Attempting to circumvent plan limits, security measures, or billing controls.

3. Security Responsibilities

• You must use strong, unique passwords and enable two-factor authentication where available.
• You must promptly report any suspected security vulnerabilities or unauthorized access to security@airbuild.dev.
• You must not share, leak, or expose API keys, install link passwords, or other credentials in public repositories or communication channels.
• You are responsible for all activity under your account and organization.

4. Enforcement

Violations of this AUP may result in:

• Immediate removal of prohibited content.
• Temporary suspension of account access.
• Permanent termination of your account and organization.
• Reporting to law enforcement authorities where required by law.
• Legal action to recover damages, where applicable.

5. Reporting Violations

To report a violation of this AUP, please contact us at abuse@airbuild.dev. Please include as much detail as possible, including the nature of the violation, relevant URLs, and any supporting evidence.

6. Changes to This Policy

We may update this AUP from time to time. We will notify users of material changes via email or in-app announcement. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated AUP.
